DOES ANTICIPATORY BAIL HAS ANY DURATION [TIME LIMIT] TO COMPLY WITH ITS CONDITIONS?

Yes. The Orders passed by the Appellate Court with respect to Anticipatory Bail mostly comes with a tag of expiry [to present required sureties].

The AB Order, if not executed within the timeframe, the same ceases its validity.

Otherwise, the validity of the Order to present sureties with the jurisdiction Court ranging from 1 week to 1 month.

What will happen if Sureties [for AB] were not presented in time?

The Accused has to present a Petition to modify the Order. However, this time, he has to file a modification petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. invoking the inherent powers of the High Court.
