WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS WHEN A PRIVATE COMPLAINT WAS DISMISSED BY THE FIRST INSTANCE COURT [JURISDICTION COURT]?

Now the Complainant upon receipt of the dismissal order of the Lower Court can approach any of the Courts – Sessions Court or the High Court under their Revisional Powers exercise by them under Section 397 and 398 of Cr.P.C. The Complainant becomes an Appellant or Revisioner thereby and prays the Appellate Court for call for records and set aside the Order of the Lower Court so to Dismissed Petition may be taken again by the latter for fresh inquiry under Section 398 of Cr.P.C. The Appellate Court prima facie sees that the Appellant has a case then it will refer back the matter to the Trial Court for conducting inquiry or it will dismiss it.
