CONTINUATION

No guess could be evolved over the accused’s island nation – whether it is really existing or not? No official version could either be seen in the media or heard in the Channels from the patrons of the accused. Yet, whatever we have heard and seen in the social media and his is own YouTube videos we have come to conclusion that his existence in such island may have been possible!

If the existence of him in the island nation is true then what legal recourse is available to the investigation agency to pursue him and bring him before the Justice? The immediate legal measures should have been taken upon coming to know of his exodus,

• The agency must have issued a look out circular against him
• Through the protocol of the Ministries of External Affairs and Home, the contracting countries could have been alerted for his arrest
• The local properties [wealth] could have been seized by now
• The contracting countries if any in which the accused had parked his ill-gotten money could have been directed to seize
• All affiliations and accreditations that he had secured from various global agencies and authorities could have been advised to refrain from assisting him in any manner
• International covenants could have been used diligently on this accused
• All those who supported him and assisted him in this land should have been taken into custody and fresh cases could have been filed by now   

But, we hardly see or heard any punitive actions underway against this elusive accused or any criminal action initiated against those who assisted him to get away from our land. What is our worry is,

• May our country recognize his island nation in the future?
• A blanket amnesty may come in his way?
• A most favoured island nation status to form shell companies [by our Indian entities to avail tax concessions from our Government] be considered?

Had all those concessions be given to the accused, no doubt his island nation would be the next dreamland in this World for all the wrong reasons and purposes. And, of course it will serve the objectives of the wellbeing of the corrupt people of this land who made him to attain this feat. CONCLUDE.
