Advocate Prashant Bhushan shall never be forgotten in the history of advocacy in India for his display of boldness, courage and determination – that he stood for what he had said in his two Twitter messages despite mounting pressure cauldron on him to seek apology.

Howsoever, he never minced his words and unapologetic for his conviction. He clearly indicated the Court that he had weighed his words before making known to the public in the Twitter medium.   

Faqsonlaw salutes his integrity and never bowing down attitude when he was given time to reconsider what he had said – in fact he was at his best and politely declined Court’s offer.

Faqsonlaw does not go into merits of his case and or his conviction by the Court or his stand to be known on the given date by the Court, but, only support his determined stand that he took to inform the Court – he stood by his words as a responsible Citizen of this Country and never committed any Contempt.
